Our ultraviolet light based technology is scientifically proven to extend the shelvelife of fresh food and sterilize it from 99.9% of viruses and bacteria. We have test our product on a variety of fruits and vegetables like strawberries, tomatoes, avocados and bell paper, where the shelve life has at least doubled with no degradation in flavor nor texture. Since spoiled food represents 33% of the global food waste, our mission at Uvera is to employ science and technology to effectively participate in tackling the global challenge of cutting- down food waste by 50% by the year 2030 and to elevate the environmental awareness and sustainability.
