Taka Solutions is a Dubai based ESCo (Energy Services Company) that specialises in financed energy efficiency.

We implement these compehensive, turnkey solutions via an innovative paid-from-savings business model. We are paid only a portion of the savings we generate to cover all costs of the project.

This allows building upgrades to be fully paid for by the savings created by the enhancements. In doing this we reduce the energy expenses of the building, enhance the quality of the building and improve the overall value of the asset with no risk or capital expense for the client, while generating positive environmental and social impact.
