Red Sea Farms combines proprietary engineering and technology with world-leading plant science to enable truly sustainable agriculture in desert regions and beyond. The unique offering has been developed in GCC, for GCC - traditionally the harshest of climates for sustainable agriculture and leverages pioneering research in the use of saltwater in agricultural systems from the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST).

Red Sea Farms is well-positioned to address the regional challenges of excess heat, excess humidity, depleting freshwater resources, lower yields and low quality produce by utilizing proprietary, patented technology that is designed and tested inside Saudi Arabia.

Red Sea Farms has added to this the development of a network of IoT sensors supporting AI-driven control to increase efficiency. This combination provides food security across the GCC with complete traceability without any negative impact on the environment.

RSF Technology Stack is extremely scalable as the application is not limited to new build greenhouses but also existing low-tech running farms. In fact, Red Sea Farms have already implemented the RSF Technology Stack at two research scale retrofit farms in Saudi Arabia and have over 10 organic, non-GMO, high nutrition crops available for sale across Jeddah and Riyadh.
