QOSBEE is a platform providing information, software and application APIs to consumers and business partners/customers relating to location based mobile quality information. Apart from consumers, such information would be of interest to customers such as Operators, Virtual Network operators, OTT providers, Applications. The platform is also expected to build its switching algorithm to enable ‘switching’ based on user preferences, location, usage and quality. Finally, the platform is likely to evolve into a market-place of buyers and sellers of ‘Data’ in both fixed and on-road locations using a combination of fixed, mobile, WiFi, hotspot sharing and other such technologies which are available today and likely to develop in the future.
