Performance Golf

Performance Golf has been provided a 10 year lease in a prime location within Abu Dhabi and in partnership with a large UAE Government Organization. The land is provided on lease for 10 years based upon a revenue share structure with Performance Golf Building the Sports Entertainment Complex, which includes Retail, Licensed Bar & Restaurant with a Golf Entertainment Complex built onto the front of the facility. We are looking for investors to help fund the building construction. We are offering a debt/equity share structure in return for investment in this unique opportunity.
