Kenz

Kenz is an e-commerce site selling lingerie from a curated collection of international brands. We provide women with a large variety of sizes and styles as well as a convenient, discreet shopping experience. We are based in Palestine, and Kenz is unique in that we position ourselves as experts in lingerie and fit as well as understanding the needs of women in the region. We are addressing women’s bra concerns through our bilingual platform in Arabic and English, which also serves as a content and information guide for helping women to measure themselves through our size guide and fit calculator to find their correct bra size and we have a blog with several posts providing insight on lingerie trends and the way it impacts women’s lives through video, written and infographic content. We believe the social impact Kenz has on the Middle East is quite vast and one of our main goals is creating a space online for women where they feel comfortable addressing their concerns, and of course to revolutionize the bra and underwear industry in the Middle East. We believe having such a space will empower women in the long-run. We are sourcing products from different markets and brands (in the States, Turkey, and Europe), and have focused on developing a close connection with our customers to provide them with the best experience possible. We have narrowed in on the best marketing and sourcing tactics for Kenz, and in the next three years we aim to be the largest online retailer of lingerie and pajamas in the Middle East. We feel that we have an immense opportunity to grow through expanding to different markets, focusing on customer service that understands the importance of privacy and discretion to conservative shoppers. We also aim to manufacture our own brand within the next two years, catered to a MENA consumer’s tastes and needs.
