We are building a Guest Engagement and Messaging System (GEMS) to transform hotels guests’ experience and to move hotels closer to becoming true smart hotels. Our Guest Messaging System enables guests to message hotel staff using their favorite messaging channels and allows them to inquire and request various services throughout their visit. On the other side, hotel staff are empowered through our unified AI-powered Smart Inbox to proactively respond to guests and transform their concierge service to become a Smart Digital Concierge.
In addition, our system helps the hotel to improve guests’ satisfaction and reduce negative feedback before reaching review sites, partly through surveys that are automatically scheduled based on guests’ requests and usage of the service. Hotels can also offer their services beyond the hotel property such as travel recommendation within the city, sightseeing and more.
