EatElite systems produces fresh, local, organic vegetables and fish all year round. Products are generated using an organic closed-loop ‘aquaponic system’ located inside a greenhouse. Aquaponics is a sustainable food production system where the cultivation of fish and plants occur by the utilization of natural beneficial bacteria, which converts the waste excreted by fish into nutrient rich water needed by plants.
