Cepfix is a new on demand mobile device repair service Cepfix aims to disrupt the market by facilitating inefficiencies within the traditional mobile device repair market on an online innovative platform. Repairing service is outsourced from reliable partners (i.e Teleservice, Destech, Genpa), and warrantied repair option is available for all orders. Logistic services are covered by couriers provided in-house in Istanbul, and via cargo throughout Turkey. Information flow is managed through their software platform, where demand is collected, logistics planned and service phases (i.e price optimization, client price confirmation, device & repair & delivery tracking) are administered.
