It is a recruitment platform ( Web/Mobile) that aims to shorten talent acquisition time , and cut through the screening time for recruiters, through granular assessments that zoom in on the skill sets of every industry and validates the skill set of job seekers, allowing recruiters to directly zoom in on shortlisted candidates . Every skill set we have a data base of questions that we have custom built .

Platform is free to use for job seekers, they login create profile etc, but before they claim any skill set on their profile they need to take the assessments that matches that skill set :
Search through the assessment catalogue
Take a focused technical assessment around 10 MCQ questions, in 8mins . The pool of questions is large it spins out a random assessment for every job seeker.
If they pass the assessment, they add the skill to their profile and hence appear in the search results for recruiters.

Finally , the platform also reduces the noise towards recruiters in the following way :
If recruiter has a unique job that needs a skill set we do not have in our platform , they can post a job however job has to be tied to an assessment that they custom create through the platform directly.
Job gets published and pushed to all users of the platform within a defined target market the recruiter decides for example every body in Egypt, or every body in egypt with X number of experience years, and so on..
Job will appear on job seeker’s home page ,to apply they must take the assessment , this way the recruiter only receives screened applications
Last but not least , messaging on the platform is only allowed if initiated from a recruiter account ,meaning job seekers can not message or approach recruiters or anybody else , they can only respond to recruiters if a recruiter has initiated communication with them.
