Makwa

Makwa is a laundry platform operating in the consumer services industry by providing its customers with doorstep pick-up and delivery services in areas around New Cairo. Customers use the application or website to schedule pickup and delivery time slots, give special washing/ironing instructions, track their orders, review their orders’ history and rate the service. Makwa will have tie-ups with local laundries who will wash, iron and dry clean the clothes for them, while meeting stringent specs. Makwa’s niche is providing its users with a satisfying customer experience through optimizing the supply, implementing a full cycle approach, and providing an outstanding and comfortable service for its users. We aim to build a great brand and customer loyalty through offering a differentiated product and service that what is currently being provided.
