The Hub App raises six-figure Pre-Seed funding round

The Hub App, an invitation and RSVP management tool has successfully closed a six-figure Pre-Seed round, from Saudi Arabian angel investors. The Hub App was launched in July 2020 with a focus on the GCC region and the US, and has now expanded to Egypt and Nigeria.

The Hub App simplifies sending invitations, receiving responses from guests, and ensuring all details are updated for the guests. It is integrated with a calendar and reminds guests about the event. Creating an invitation with The Hub App is faster and more efficient, it saves time and provides more peace of mind. The Hub App works anywhere as it uses Google Map for location sharing.

The company was founded by Saleh M Alothaim and Alessandro Pecorelli. Saleh has served on the boards of several public and closed joint-stock companies. “We saw the need to improve invitations management and invitees’ response to such invitations. This is where The Hub App was born to simplify this hectic and time-consuming process” said, Saleh M Alothaim. “The Hub App will be the preferred method for people to use instead of the existing traditional way using different social platforms and tracking people to get their response and sharing events details, including any updates to these events. With The Hub App, that’s only a click of a button.” 

The Hub App supports Arabic, English, German, Ukrainian, and Russian, and more languages will be supported by future releases. As a Swiss incorporated entity, The Hub App aims to be a global platform and has ranked in the top 100 apps in 87 markets in the Google Play events category.

The funding will be used for marketing purposes to expand the markets, and around 10-20% will be used for further feature enhancements of the App.
