Startup Bayut launches UAE educational institutes guides, to conduct research on platform
As parents begin to send their children back to school after months of homeschooling, UAE real estate and property portal Bayut has launched a new section for School Guides on their platform to help parents make informed choices about the various educational institutes in the country. This directory contains detailed accounts of campus facilities, fees structure, admissions policy and scholarship schemes offered by schools across the UAE.
The School Guides will also assist potential homeowners and renters to conduct the necessary research on one platform. These School Guides discuss details of prominent residential communities that surround the school area and lists out potential housing options for those interested to rent or own property in the school’s vicinity.

Bayut’s elaborate School Guides also consist of exclusive information such as scholarship schemes, extracurricular activities, after-school clubs, lunch options, transportation facilities and holiday camps. The guides are available in both English and Arabic and currently cover over 400 schools situated in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman. In the coming months, the School Guides directory is expected to accommodate the details of every established school across the seven emirates.
Haider Ali Khan, the CEO of Bayut, said, “A lot of research precedes a family’s decision to relocate. The location of the school is closely tied with how parents of school-going children conduct research on the neighbourhoods they’d like to consider living in. As a parent myself, one of the biggest deciding factors when it comes to choosing a property, is the proximity to my children's school. School districts are also known to be quite attractive to potential investors and home buyers, so knowing about the best residential neighbourhoods close to the most sought after schools in the country will also assist prospective buyers.”
