Sihatech Wins Round 1 at MIT Enterprise Forum
Sihatech is honored to be recognized amongst the top technology companies that have won the first round of the MIT Enterprise Forum Saudi Arabia.
The MIT Enterprise Forum (MITEF) Saudi Arabia is part of a global network of chapters dedicated to the promotion of entrepreneurship and innovation worldwide. The MITEF informs, connects, and coaches Saudi entrepreneurs—enabling them to rapidly transform ideas into world-changing companies.
Founded in 2015 with the goal of promoting and enriching the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Saudi Arabia, the MITEF aims to celebrate and support all potential startups and entrepreneurs in the Kingdom through the Startups and Ideas Competition.
The MITEF Saudi Arabia competition focuses on attracting high potential social and business startups and ideas in all social and business fields. Sihatech's participation in this competition gives the two year old startup local and international exposure and recognition through MIT Enterprise Forum Global, as well as through MIT Technology Review, a media company wholly owned by MIT. As a part of the MITEF Pan Arab Region, the winners of the MITEF Saudi Arabia Competition will be invited to participate in the 10th MIT Enterprise Forum Arab Startup Competition.
Earleir this month, Sihatech won the "Most Innovative Solution Award" at Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz Humanitarian City (SBAHC). Sihatech was also then signed as a service provider to deliver its innovative solution which aims to bring about transparency, accountability and better access to patients in Saudi Arabia in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 Vision and the 2020 Near Term Plan (NTP).
