The Saudi National Final of the Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC) is scheduled to take place on Saturday at the Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College, Jeddah
This Saturday, the dubbed Saudi Final of the upcoming Entrepreneurship World Cup (EWC) will take place at the Mohammed Bin Salman College. It’s a day-long event for both existing and aspiring entrepreneurs.
The EWC is the biggest global competition for entrepreneurs with more than 100,000 participants from 170 countries. The competition features pitch competitions, hands-on sessions, panel discussions, networking and the award ceremony.
EWC is run by the Misk Global Forum (MGF) and the Global Entrepreneurship Network. EWC offers tools to help entrants to launch, scale and strengthen their enterprises via their virtual incubator program.
The national finals with pitch competitions are being held in almost 100 countries, including KSA. The European Regional Finals already took place at VivaTech Paris in May and countries like Uzbekistan and Bahrain are also done with their respective national finals while further events will be organized in China, India and USA. The EWC Grand Final is scheduled to take place at the MGF annual gathering in Riyadh in November.
The winners will receive prizes like training, networking, connection opportunities, investments, resources and cash, worth $5 million.
Winners of the Saudi National Final will also receive prizes in forms of cash and services along with the global final entry. The National Final will start at 10 am, continuing till 6 pm.
