Oracle and OceanX join forces to boost the growth of Saudi entrepreneurs and startups with ‘innovation as a service’ support
The Saudi entrepreneurs were assured by their government that the ecosystem will be more helpful in the upcoming days to help startups contribute in the Kingdom’s economy. The private sector is also more than happy to cater to the needs of the Saudi startups in the brink of the fourth industrial revolution. The partnership between Oracle and OceanX is a token of the private sector’s interest to provide the entrepreneurs with necessary support.
OceanX, the leading startup consultancy firm of KSA, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with global tech giant Oracle, which is globally recognized for its database and cloud services. The goal of this partnership is help Saudi entrepreneurs with implementation of latest digital technologies.

At Oracle, we are focused on supporting the development of Saudi Arabia’s startup community with unique cloud solutions that will allow entrepreneurs to benefit from a virtuous cycle of innovation and achieve desired goals,” Fahad Al Turief, Country Leader, Oracle Saudi Arabia told Saudi Gazette. “As a technology partner for OceanX, we will work directly with the startups and offer expert insights, customized solutions and an opportunity to benefit from Oracle’s Global Startup Program”.
Oracle is going to offer ‘innovation as a service’ to the entrepreneurs who work with OceanX. The service will come in form of technical consultation, training sessions and workshops.
