This acquisition will enable us to access resources that will expand our capabilities and accelerate our growth.”
Hug Digital, which also has offices in Egypt and India, boasts clients like Americana, Al-Futtaim, Majid Al Futtaim, Dubai Tourism and Emaar, which are among the 70 brands in its roster.
“Grey Group’s acquisition of hug digital enhances our leadership position in the MENA creative and digital space,” said Nirvik Singh, Chairman and CEO of Grey Group Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.

A press release announcing the acquisition noted that Grey Group would benefit from hug digital’s local expertise and experience with digital technology.
