Global Ventures and True Search sign MoU for global recruitment
Global Ventures, a UAE-based venture capital fund, and True Search, a global executive search firm for the Worlds most innovative organisations, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to facilitate and support the Fund’s portfolio companies in accessing the company’s incredibly diverse network of executives and other strategic talent, both in regional and international markets.

As part of this strategic alliance, Global Ventures’ portfolio companies will be able to track, assess, and recruit top talent, as well as gain access to True’s powerful talent management tools to make better talent decisions, thereby increasing value creation. This represents MENA’s growing interest in a tech-driven economy and need to attract high-quality candidates easily and efficiently to drive these businesses forward.
