Dubai, United Arab Emirates: Al-Sahm Women, a Moroccan-based women’s networking company, will be hosting its first regional conference in Dubai on 5th & 6th October 2018 and will be featuring both professional development and wellness experts, as well as an array of female leaders in the Middle East North Africa region.
Al-Sahm Women was founded in early 2018 as a startup built on the notion that professional women should benefit from uniquely female networking events and opportunities to communicate with each other. Al-Sahm Women seeks to unite women from across the MENA region who share similar industries and leadership roles, and who can benefit from professional connections outside their families and personal friends.
The Women Who Lead Conference will feature Key Note Speaker, Dr. Najat Benchiba-Savenius of Gazelle Advisory Group; a Women in Tech Panel featuring Elves’ Abeer El Sisi, and Perks Plus, Yamna Naveed Khan; VAT Tax Expert Sophia Yazane and Managing Partner of AfricaDev Consulting, Ltd. Najwa El Iraki. The Conference will also feature a panel on Innovation and Entrepreneurship with Executive and Fulfillment Coach Katia Philip, Co-Founder of the Tempest Mashal Waqar, and CEO of Sarwa, Nadine Mezher.
Day 2 of the conference is focused on wellness and personal development and will kick things off with a presentation and yoga demonstration with Nancy Zabaneh Cordahi of the Red Chair; a discussion with Chairperson of the Emirates Environmental Group Dr. Habiba Al Marashi, and a presentation with Dana Al Mubaidin, a Strategic Communication Advisor to MENA region businesses.
