DabaDoc and Axa Insurance Morocco announce partnership to support patients and health professionals
• Agreement signed on 12 September 2018 introducing Axa as DabaDoc’s first institutional shareholder
• The capital raise will help enhance the company’s footprint in its existing geographies and further develop its offering
DabaDoc (“DabaDoc”), the Morocco-based healthtech platform connecting patients and health professionals in Africa, and Axa Insurance Morocco (“AXA”), have signed an agreement to introduce AXA as one of DabaDoc’s strategic shareholders. AXA is DabaDoc’s first institutional shareholder. The capital raise will help enhance the company’s footprint in its existing geographies and further develop its offering.
