Crowd Analyzer, Dubai-based data intelligence provider and Arabic-focused social media monitoring platform, today announced that it has acquired the peer-to-peer marketing platform Task Spotting. The platform connects brands with everyday consumers, triggering word of mouth marketing and creating buzz on social media, thus helping brands increase their market share, drive their sales and improve their brand perception.
Active across 14 markets in MEA and SEA, the new partnership will compliment Crowd Analyzer’s portfolio of providing insights on a brand’s perception online by augmenting the brand’s reach to potential buyers, which in turn affects their purchasing decision.
As part of Crowd Analyzer’s strategy of assisting brands in creating actionable impact, the move enables marketers to understand and capitalize on user-generated content (UGC) and increase their brand’s share of voice by helping them drive reviews and test products with their target audience.
