CODED launches its first coding bootcamp in Jordan
CODED, the first coding education company in the Middle East, has launched its first full-stack coding bootcamp in Amman, Jordan.
The 14-week full-time bootcamp is tuition free and aims to prepare participants for the job market as junior level full-stack developers capable of building mobile applications and websites using Python, Django, JavaScript, React, and React Native.
The bootcamp is tailored for university fresh graduates (less than 2 years since graduation) with a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or technology related field.
The selected 25 students will attend class at ZINC (Zain Innovation Campus) courtesy of Zain Jordan, CODED’s Community Partner in Jordan. There, students will be taught remotely via live stream by CODED’s education team in Kuwait.
During the Bootcamp, CODED will work closely with each student to prepare them for the job market both technically and non-technically, including teaching them soft skills such as professional communication, resume building, and work-place conduct.
Upon completion of the Bootcamp, CODED will assist students with job placement, and provide them with recruitment opportunities from CODED’s recruitment network. Recruiters will have the chance to meet the students during Demo Day, and can contact the CODED team to facilitate contact with graduates.
The Bootcamp will run from February 4th, 2020 to May 7th, 2020. To apply or learn more about the Bootcamp, visit joincoded.com. Application deadline is January 19, 2020.
