Apply to Palm Ventures’ Venture Building Program on MAGNiTT
KSA-based Palm Ventures has launched a venture building program that seeks to invest 150,000 SAR ($40K) in digital scalable ideas and startups. A venture builder typically focuses on building startups from the ground up by providing active, hands-on support to the founders and team directly.
The startups’ one-year-long journey aims to end with a sizeable next round of venture financing. They will be evaluated based on the founders and team, idea potential, and scalability, amongst other criteria.
Palm Ventures is encouraging startups to apply as a first step to participate in the program, following which, nominated ideas and startups will be contacted by the team for an interview.
The deadline for submissions is 31 December 2020.
Established in 2014, Palm Ventures is a venture building firm with an ambitious vision to become one of the big 4 technology spin-off builders in the MENA region by 2025. The company is led by CEO Dr. Yassir Nassief, and programs director Eng. Redwan Abudawood. To date, the company has supported more than two dozen startups and assisted various government institutions in achieving their innovation-related mandates.
