Amman-based startup Whyise raises SEED round
Whyise, an impact management software startup based out of Amman, Jordan, has just secured an undisclosed amount of seed investment led by Propeller Inc., and two other angel investors.
The company has developed an impact analytics system enabling organizations to better plan and manage their impact. The system allows for data aggregation from multiple sources with the purpose of tracking indicators with automated reporting and visualization, as well as mapping against international frameworks such as the IFC Environment Social Governance standards, the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the Global Reporting Initiative.
Founded in 2018 by Reem Khouri and Eyad Hodiani, Whyise is seeking to leverage artificial intelligence for scenario building, insights and projections for integrated reporting and blockchain technology for impact-based smart contracts for higher accountability and efficient use of resources.
"We are providing real-time analytics to make sustainability and transparency at the core of every business decision because we believe that impact is exponential when based on evidence,” commented the company’s co-founder and CEO, Reem Khouri, in an interview with MAGNITT.
The company has gained incredible traction, and will only continue to strengthen their value add to clients.
