Ajar Online’s new platform “Find Ajar” receives accreditation from the Kuwait Real Estate Brokers Union
Find Ajar became officially accredited by the Kuwait Real Estate Brokers Union on September 22nd, 2019 and an official signing took place yesterday with the attendance of Founder & CEO, Shaheen Al Khudhari, as well as the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Union, Mr. Faisal Al Sharhan and Mr. Emad Haidar.
Ajar Online, the leading real estate technology company in Kuwait, launched Find Ajar earlier this summer to help tenants in Kuwait find their perfect commercial and residential properties.
Find Ajar, which has over 2,000 listed properties for rent and sale, was launched as part of Ajar’s new strategy to grow its product beyond rent collection. Ajar’s mission is to maximize convenience and value at every stage of the real estate cycle - from selling and renting properties, to managing them, and beyond.
This move creates more value for the 170+ property managers and real estate agents already using Ajar’s platform in Kuwait and Dubai to manage their properties more efficiently. Ajar currently has over 25,000 units with tenants utilizing its flexible rent payment solution. Property managers who already trust and use Ajar can now more quickly and efficiently occupy any of these vacant units through Find Ajar, making the process more seamless.
