Adasat.com raises $350,000 in funding

Dubai-based online marketplace Adasat.com has managed to raise $350,000 in funding, helped by local investors.

Co-founded by Payam Honari and Ziad Tariq, Adasat.com specializes in eyewear ranging from sunglasses and eyeglasses, to even contact lenses.

While Adasat.com has plenty of unique features, its most distinctive one is its “Home Try On” service that, as its name suggests, allows customers to try on frames in their own homes, free of cost. Customers can select up to 4 items and Adasat.com will ship them at their convenience.
