A15 Runs Second Dragon Exit with Connect Ads

Connect Ads, the Cairo-based digital media company and Ad solutions provider has sealed an 86% acquisition by Aleph Holding. As their initial investor, this marks the second Dragon Exit and the third Major exit for the tech-driven VC firm A15

This majority acquisition by global digital media partner Aleph Holding, covering 90 markets worldwide, allows for the consolidation of tech and talent with Connect Ads to make new grounds in the MENA market. This is made possible by Connect Ads’ strategic partnerships with global digital media players like Twitter, TikTok, Verizon Media, and Spotify.


As more VC firms focus on providing expertise and strategic value in addition to their investments, Karim Beshara, General Partner of A15 comments on the journey with Connect Ads "A15 is happy with the phenomenal results, value and growth that Connect Ads created over the years; it validates A15’s venture building strategy in creating outliers. Founded in 2001, Connect Ads has been providing digital Ad solutions and the latest technologies in 15 markets across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. As Aleph Holding nears a stellar $1Bn in sales revenue, acquiring a majority in Connect Ads further grounds their position as a global Digital Ad player as they get ready to expand across the MENA market.
