Job Description
User Support at MAGNiTT is a key driver to the growth of the platform. We are looking for a driven and charismatic User Success Specialist who will engage with current and prospective users of the platform to ensure they have an awesome experience and learn how to use all the benefits and features of the MAGNiTT platform.

If so, we should talk about how you might contribute as a User Success Specialist at MAGNiTT.

A good candidate will look to do the following:

User engagement
- Act as a point of contact for users of the platform including
- Founders with startup profiles
- Investors with Investor profiles
- Corporates and Enablers with company profiles
-Support users by guiding them to understand and make use of online features including keeping their profiles up to date with information, investments and team members
- Undertake regular outreach to users in different geographies who want to claim and update their profiles on MAGNiTT
- Explain to users the key features and benefits of the platform including the investor applications, messaging and directories
- Ensure users can update their profiles with the relevant and most up to date funding information
- Keep track of user feedback to and liaise with the tech team to resolve technical issues users face when creating profiles, Investor Applications or submitting applications
Job Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 1+ years of work experience in a client-facing role within the VC or Startup Ecosystem
- 3+ years of general work experience
- You are passionate about customer service and success.
- Have a love of and basic/good understanding of startup and venture capital space;
- Skillful presenter with a professional demeanor who can show strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication. Fluent in English. Arabic is advantageous.
- Excellent handling of Excel (database clean up, pivot tables, Lookup and Count Functions), Powerpoint and Outlook
- Preferred knowledge of Hubspot (CRM) usage
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Multitasking, flexibility, and ability to perform different roles
- Able to work independently, but love being part of a close-knit team that cheers each other on;
