istas Media Capital (VMC) is a Singapore based Media Investment entity, investing into multiple media related businesses, companies and assets in the Capital Markets (Stocks, Bonds & Options) and Private Equity space. The investments are deployed through VMC’s proprietary funds and partner funds (across different Share Classes - Equity and Fixed Income) and Special Purpose Vehicles - to maximise the Return on Investments for our investors.

Through one of our portfolio companies, Golden Ratio Films, we have a strong focus on content creation, marketing and distribution across Feature Films, Documentaries, Web Series and Short Films, across different budgets in India & Hollywood.

We create, own and manage various Media related Intellectual Properties (IPs) like the Singapore South Asian International Film Festival (Sg.SAIFF), the South Asian Film Market (SAFM), Critics Choice Short & Series Awards (CCSSA), Critics Choice Film Awards (CCFA) and Multiple other properties which are at different stages across the Media Industry value chain. We intend to launch a Block-Chain enabled “Equity Crowd Funding” platform for the South Asian diaspora globally.

VMC also runs a “Red Carpet” Investor Program wherein Accredited High Networth Individuals and Entities can invest into the fast growing Content space, as an alternative asset class to complement their regular investment portfolios, while enjoying the privileges of the glamour and glitz across the globe such as International Film Festivals, Movie World Premieres, Red Carpet Events and Award Shows.
