Our basic premise is fairly simple: To build a Cloud Computing and Cyber Security conglomerate with multiple IT Assets Under Management and grow at a rapidly increasing rate from now until the year 2025. During this timeframe, we aim to reach and positively impact the lives of the 4.6 billion people connected to the internet, and serve, provide access, and protect their information. To create a platform, an ecosystem of solutions through our subsidiaries.

Our team comprises of a world-class group of very experienced, renowned directors specializing in Banking, Finance, Asset Management, Corporate Law, Accounting, Cloud Computing & Cybersecurity, and Mergers and Acquisitions (including cross border transactions). We have over 200 years’ cumulative experience on our corporate board, with successful consolidations and exits, and with involvement in over 150 transactions (mergers and acquisitions) worth billions (of US Dollars) in value.

We are looking to aggressively acquire IT companies mainly in the Cloud Computing & Cyber Security industries (incl. Automation-as-a-Services, Software Dev, Fintech, ERP), with >$1-75M+ (>R15M-R1B+) annual revenues, with 20%+ gross profit margins.
