Cap Vista

Cap Vista is the strategic investment arm of Singapore's Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA), focusing on partnering and growing early-stage startups with dual-use technologies (potential application for both commercial and defence). Working with the entire Defence Technology Community (DTC), we provide startups with the problem statements for potential trials, and the necessary expertise, resources, and funding to cross the valley-of-death and develop their products, be sustainable and able to scale and compete globally via our partnership with global defence players and VCs.
