Through our own experience of being airbnb hosts, we grew to understand the market, and have developed ways in which to maximise short-letting rental income to its full potential. As a result we started Air Angels Management – to empower other property owners to realise their own income potential through education, support, and investment property management services.

Air Angels has created teams with local knowledge, designed to carry out daily pricing reviews, vetting of guests, and to provide personal service for our clients.

Local knowledge is essential when creating a successful property listing that remains current with the market. Knowing the local area also involves calculating peak rental times, which change with current events such as concerts or festivals – factors which can result in higher rental incomes.
