Africa Transformation and Industrialisation Fund

ATIF is an investment company that aims to bring solutions to the problems hampering African development. To do so it will invest, alone or with co-investors, in assets supporting the continent’s industrialization and economic development, while keeping a strong commitment to environmental and social sustainability.

ATIF was founded in 2021 and is incorporated in Abu Dhabi. (United Arab Emirates).

The fund’s ambition is to proactively participate in the sustainable industrialization of Africa by investing in integrated and sustainable industrial ecosystems across the continent.

The fund capitalizes on its seasoned team’s long-standing experience in implementing industrial projects and conducting transactions in Africa to generate maximum impact for the continent and create value for its partners.
