KfW Award

The KfW Award Bauen 2021 is aimed at all private builders or joint ventures that have implemented a new construction project or expanded, rededicated, modernized or revived an existing building in the past five years. The decisive factor in selecting the winning projects was the right balance between successful architecture and appearance, cost and energy efficiency, good integration into the structural environment, future-oriented and sustainable construction, optimal use of space and space as well as individual comfort.
